Jason S. Kandola

Jason was born and raised in Vancouver, he brings local insight and strong results-oriented approach to every case. He speaks fluent English and Punjabi.

Jason prides himself on providing candid advice. He informs clients about the strengths and weaknesses of their cases, their likelihood of success, and alternatives to litigation early in discussions. He ensures clients are well informed throughout the legal process and seeks to alleviate the difficulties that disputes cause clients as quickly as possible.

His practice focuses on family law, criminal law, and civil litigation. He has successfully represented clients at the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia ­­— from the initial phases up to and including trial. While comfortable representing clients in the court room, Jason always seeks cost-effective resolutions to matters, including through mediations or negotiations.
