Jack practises civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on business, construction, real property, leasing, and workplace disputes. He represents businesses and individuals in proceedings before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and administrative tribunals.
Jack takes a practical approach to litigation. His advice is guided by the client’s objective, the strength of the claim or defence, the cost and risk of each available path, and the steps most likely to move the matter toward a workable resolution.
Before entering law, Jack worked with a Vancouver-based search fund on an approximately $25 million acquisition of a nutraceutical company. His finance training and business experience assist him in disputes involving financial records, damages, business losses, and commercial risk.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys travelling, snowboarding, working on his golf game, and cooking for friends and family. -
