Since being called to the bar, Hiteshwar has successfully handled a broad range of legal matters, including but not limited to, assault charges, motor vehicle infractions, breach of contract negotiations, parenting and grandparent contact disputes, child support, spousal support, division of family property, protection orders, and much more. This breadth of experience allows Hiteshwar to bring practical, courtroom-tested judgment to each client's case, whether the matter requires negotiation, involves a criminal charge, a family dispute, or a civil claim.

Hiteshwar believes in straightforward, honest counsel from day one. Hiteshwar is a lawyer licensed to practise in both British Columbia and Alberta, representing clients in civil litigation, criminal defense, and family law matters.

Hiteshwar holds a degree in law, and a bachelor’s degree in political science with distinction. Prior to practising law, Hiteshwar worked for a Member of Parliament as a constituency assistant, with additional experience working in Ottawa, and was awarded a plaque from the Prime Minister of Canada in December 2018 in recognition of this public service.
