Geoff Heller

Geoff’s very diverse practice experience has allowed him to bring a thorough and comprehensive analytical approach to all client issues.    Geoff believes in clear, consistent communication and is always committed to recognizing and finding cost-effective results and solutions for all of his clients.  

While Geoff has extensive courtroom experience representing clients at the Provincial and Supreme Court levels in British Columbia, he prides himself on his ability to achieve successful settlements and outcomes on behalf of his clients through a very direct and honest approach to interactions with all parties. Outside of the office, Geoff enjoys hiking with his dog and enjoys and follows the local Vancouver sports scene very (too!) closely.

Geoff’s main practice areas are wills and estates, employment law, administrative law, personal injury, collections, civil litigation, and residential tenancy matters.   While experienced in these areas, Geoff  has also developed a keen interest in animal advocacy and animal law, which is an emerging and evolving area of law.
