Fe Munoz - Job

Fe has 25 years of extensive legal practice and is called to the Bar in three jurisdictions (British Columbia, Washington, USA, the Philippines). She has made special appearances in the Court of First Instance in Hong Kong, District Court in California, and in the District Court of Schoneberg, Berlin, Germany. Fe has broad experience in civil, commercial, estate, and employment litigation. She also practices in wills, probate, elder and human rights laws.

During her multi-jurisdictional career, she represented various clients, ranging from multi-national corporations (banks, airlines, manufacturers, pharmaceutical, television stations, and others), non-profit organizations, universities, stakeholders, and individual litigants before courts, tribunals, and administrative agencies on a wide variety of issues.

In the USA, the Philippines, Hongkong and Germany Fe’s cases involved violations of the Lanham Act, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, Tariff Act, and Anti-Trust and Securities and Exchange Commission laws encompassing conspiracy and insider trading, mortgage-backed securities, intellectual property infringements, Department of Justice Investigations, retrenchments, lay-offs, wrongful dismissals, and probate matters.
