Darryl Way

Darryl is  an advocate who prioritizes his clients’ needs and  was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2020. His expertise lies in advocating for civil litigation and tax matters and he maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on commercial and civil disputes. He acts for corporate and individual clients in a range of matters, including contract enforcement, oppression, debt recovery, and defamation. Darryl's focus on litigation has led to appearances in the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal and regular appearances in chambers. Prior to articling with a tax litigation firm. Darryl worked as a tax preparer amd as an agent with the Canada Revenue Agency. He also has experience with family and wills and estates litigation.

Darryl is dedicated to serving the community at large and spends a great deal of his time educating and providing pro bono legal services to various individuals and organizations (especially self-represented individuals at the courthouse).

During his leisure time, Darryl enjoys 4x4ing, spending quality moments with his children, and indulging in comedy shows and live theatre. He is also an avid rugby fun and involved in various club activities.
